This policy also applies to prospective students who intend to enroll and have initiated the application process.

Students are encouraged to refer to the University Catalog for a complete description of 海角社区’s FERPA policy and its disclosure clauses, including:
- Disclosure of education records to students,
- Disclosure of education records to University officials, and
- Disclosure of education records to other than the student or University officials.
